WHO: Tell us about you as a person/founder
I’m Eva Yeh, founder and CEO of Yayyy.Co. I’ve got years of experience in art direction in both the advertising and tech sectors under my belt. I started Yayyy to provide small merchants and businesses high quality packaging and packaging design support. I believes success is a function of quality packaging mirroring the quality product within.
WHAT: Tell us about your company and your products
Yayyy provides businesses high quality, sustainable packaging and packaging design support. We believe success is a function of quality packaging mirroring the quality product within. Our compostable bags are plant-based. They can break down naturally, and also provide other benefits including fertilization attributes and improving soil health.
WHERE: Where are you based & where are your products made?
Yayyy.Co is based in California, in the United States. Our factory is in Taiwan. We care about quality rather than quantity. The factory is ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22000, ISO 50001, HACCP, ASTM D6400 and EN13432 certified.
WHY: What’s your mission?
Our mission is to build better packaging: how can we be better than previous generations, and how can we help reduce the waste? We have products that are recyclable but it’s not enough. Our 100% certified home compostable bags for food packaging are our solution to cutting down waste.
